Deleting your account is different from canceling your account. To delete your account, send a support email to email@example.com. Remember, this cannot be undone! All settings and purchases associated with your account (Rentals, memberships, subscriptions, receipts, etc) will be lost once your account has been deleted.
If you’ve forgotten your username or password please go to the My Account page. You can also access the My Account page by clicking on the Login link in the top right of the website.
Once you get to the My Account page click on the “Lost your password” link.
On the next page enter either your username or email address. Click on the “Request Password Reset” button and head over to your email inbox.
If you don’t see an email from our website you may need to check your SPAM folder.
The email will have a link for you to click which will allow you to reset your password.

All customers with active memberships are welcome to join our Facebook group! The group will have updates on upcoming videos, you can share videos and speak to other members, or ask administrators any questions!
Yes. Your account will have past video history information, will have your rented videos or your subscription information, and keep track of your invoices.
