How do I delete my account?

Deleting your account is different from canceling your account. To delete your account, send a support email to Remember, this cannot be undone! All settings and purchases associated with your account (Rentals, memberships, subscriptions, receipts, etc) will be lost once your account has been deleted.

Help! I’ve forgotten my password.

If you’ve forgotten your username or password please go to the My Account page. You can also access the My Account page by clicking on the Login link in the top right of the website.

Once you get to the My Account page click on the “Lost your password” link.

Reset your password.

On the next page enter either your username or email address. Click on the “Request Password Reset” button and head over to your email inbox.

If you don’t see an email from our website you may need to check your SPAM folder.

The email will have a link for you to click which will allow you to reset your password.

How many devices can I stay logged in to?

Your Best Volleyball Videos account can be logged into three (3) devices at once, max.

How do I update the name or email on my account?

To update your name or email address, go to your My Account page and click on the “Update Profile” tab.

General Membership Questions

Can I test out a premium membership before buying?

We don’t offer a free trial, but we encourage you to rent any one single training video you’re interested in. Starting at $2 you can get a taste for the quality of our videos.

Membership Perks

I have a volleyball question that I can’t find the answer to anywhere on the site. Who can I ask?

We would love to hear your question if it’s not currently answered on the website! Please submit the form on our contact page to submit your question to one of our contributing coaches.

And if you’re a customer with an active membership you can join our private Facebook group. From there you can ask your question or join in on the conversation.

How do I communicate with other administrators or other members directly?

All customers with active memberships are welcome to join our Facebook group! The group will have updates on upcoming videos, you can share videos and speak to other members, or ask administrators any questions!

Club Memberships

How many coaches can I have in my Club Membership?

We allow a maximum of 100 coaches under your Club Membership.

Video Rentals

Do I need an account to rent a video?

Yes. Your account will have past video history information, will have your rented videos or your subscription information, and keep track of your invoices.

After my rental is over how can I find that video again?

You can view all previous orders on your My Account page.
